Chicha is a new artisan beverage retailer in Ottawa, ON. We sell Vegan Milkshakes out of a mobile cart. Our milkshakes are made of rice, based on a traditional Venezuelan street food. All our ingredients are vegan, gluten free, and nut free, and our containers are reusable and/or compostable. Our fruits are sourced primarily from farmers markets.

They made of corn 🌽 and our take-home Chicha comes in a reusable mason jar.

Allergen and Dietary Information
Chicha milkshakes are made from just five simple ingredients: rice, pure maple syrup, vegan sugar, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks for infusion. We use vegan, gluten free, and nut free ingredients. However, please be aware that our milkshakes are prepared in a commercial kitchen, and while we diligently clean surfaces and cooking equipment before each use, there is a possibility of cross-contact. We have our own cooking pots. All the candy we source is gluten free, vegan and nut free. Our whipped cream is made from coconut milk. There is no animal gelatin in any of our gummies.
